UHM carbon mast 95

Absolute stiffness.
Total precision.

Building on our expertise in composite materials, our UHM masts push rigidity to the limit, for more direct handling and less drag.

Designed to transmit every impulse without loss, they deliver even more sensation in flight.

Choose the one

Available in 80 cm, 85 cm, and 95 cm, the UHM carbon mast is ready for all disciplines: wingfoil, parawing, downwind, kitefoil..

The plate is directly integrated into the mast. It can be connected to any board on the market equipped with the double US rail system.

Each size has been uniquely designed.

Ultimate shape

The UHM masts are designed with an ultra-thin profile and reduced chord, which allows for pure gliding and optimal rigidity.

Their shape is the result of a perfect equation between minimal thickness, reduced chord, and lightweight yet rigid construction.

Despite their thinness, these masts offer perfect control of flex and twist. This rigidity ensures precise steering and flawless control of the foil for maximum sensations.

Boosted performance. Heightened sensations. Total control.

Super stiff or nothing

Our UHM masts are made with a high-end multi-layer UHM carbon construction, which gives them exceptional lightness and rigidity.

In fact, UHM carbon fiber is up to twice as rigid as standard carbon fiber. Thanks to these characteristics, we can use less fiber to achieve superior rigidity, resulting in a lighter end product.

The term UHM, which stands for Ultra High Modulus, refers to carbon that has a higher Young's modulus than standard carbon, allowing it to maintain its shape under stress without deforming.

NEW MAST CONSTRUCTION

HDI Technology:
stronger by design

Modern foiling is pushing harder than ever: higher jumps, faster speeds, more aggressive carving. That's exactly where HDI was born.

Base of the UHM carbon mast marked Heavy Duty Insert

*HDI = HEAVY DUTY INSERT

Installed after molding

HDI inserts use a different approach than conventional construction: rather than being integrated during lamination, they are mechanically locked through the entire carbon thickness.

Loads are no longer localized. They are spread evenly across the entire composite layup, turning the mast / fuselage junction into a true structural connection.
